With a strong passion for business, people and property from a young age, Paul completed a Bachelor of Business Studies degree in Valuation and Property Management at Massey University in 2010 whilst also working 4 years at Property IQ.
Pauls career began at CBRE in March 2011, one of the worlds largest commercial real estate services and investment firms. Paul became an Associate Director in the Wellington Office Leasing team in three years and quickly created a reputation during this period for often achieving the most leasing transactions annually in the company (totalling 303 leasing transactions) and has an ability to achieve a solution for his client in an efficient and professional manner.
Paul’s most memorable leasing transaction was his first in Panama Street of circa 45m2 and his largest being 113 The Terrace of 9,200m2 to the Wellington City Council.
10 years in the commercial property sector provided the opportunity to work with various clients from individuals, family trusts, companies, institutions and government.
In 2021 Paul has taken the opportunity to grow his career and he is excited to have joined the team at AMP City Financial Services as an insurance adviser and to work alongside his father John Soulis who has been with AMP City for over 26 years having established an excellent reputation in the Wellington market and admiration for always being there for his clients when they need him most.
